VCPPOA

The Ventura County Professional Peace Officers’ Association (VCPPOA) and its members have a long history of giving back to the community we serve. Whether through individual members volunteering their time, financial support for school extracurricular programs, money for after-school programs, or scholarships for deserving youth, who might not otherwise be able to afford a college education; youth in our community has been a focus of our efforts. A secondary, yet no less important, focus for our association has been our Fallen Officer Fund. This fund was established to support the families of fallen peace officers, whether deceased or seriously ill.

In 2009, VCPPOA established a registered 501(c)(3) charitable foundation, which allows our members and members of our community to assist VCPPOA in its mission, with tax deductible donations. It is important to note that each and every member of the VCPPOA Charitable Foundation is a volunteer, and receives no compensation from the trust. Additionally, the Foundation has no paid employees. Donations to our foundation have the maximum impact, where they are needed, in our community.

If you are interested in making a donation of any kind, monetary or otherwise, please contact the Foundation at (805) 889-4646.
