RE VIDEOGRAPHY

RE Videography Includes:

*Only If Needed!

  • Property is ready:
Prior to filming, the photographer will do a walk thru (getting familiar with the property), making sure all spaces are ready for capture. This means everything is pre-staged, doors open, lights are on, clean and pets are put away.

  • Filming:
The photographer will let you know it's time for filming, and all spaces must be clear of people, pets, personal items.

  • Post Edit:
The photographer will now edit the video, which is a meticulous process. If you have changes or recommendations that need attention, now is the time to talk to the photographer.

  • Delivery:
The video may take up to 72 hours for delivery (either because of prior assignments, or the weight of the current assignment), but usually sooner.

  • See "PRICING & DETAILS" for Videography!

1.Should Professional Photos be an Option?:

FACT:

  • Adding a property video (in addition to photos) will add an extra prospective and appeal to the property, enticing more potential buyers!

  • Hiring a specialized photographer will show you are professional, and that you care about your clients!

  • A short detailed video will entice a potential buyer to see more. From my experiance, it is best to show less than more.

  • Selling your home is an emotional process. A proprety video is a great gift to the home owner (for an awesome memory)! 👍

2.Why should I consider THP?:

There are many companies offering photography services to Realtors. Some of them will charge less, however, because they charge less, chances are they will be working under time constraints and, often, quantity promises may severely limit their quality of work, or, they will be less experienced. Don't be fooled! While cheaper photography may suffice for a median home, the high end properties you are marketing deserve top quality photography and service.

3.What should I do before the shoot?:

Please clean & remove any unnessacery things (personal items, clutter. etc.) out of site & make sure all lighting is in working order.

A photographers checklist is provided by ASMP that can be very helpful.
(Download Checklist PDF)

4.Should the Photographer move things?:

Only if needed (and permitted). Staging a space will achieve professional results almost every time.

This does not include moving any heavy items (funiture, etc.), boxes, toys, clutter, personal items (jewelry, pictures, etc.) or any clean up.

It is the owner or agents responsibility to have each space ready for photography at the time of the assignment.

5. Is there a price list?:

Yes, for residential properties only.

Please be advised that all real estate photography pricing is not negotiable, and may change due to the complexity of the photo shoot (because of unexpected travel, time on location, image quantity, production needs, post processing).

See - Pricing & Details

6. How may I use the Image files?:

The property video is contracted for a specific usage. All real estate photography pricing offers a one year, non-exclusive, non-transferable usage right to use the digital image files for real estate advertising only.

See - "Terms & Conditions"

7. Do I need a Contract?:

All photography assignments are under contract. After the photography assignment has been booked (following payment), the client is now under contract, agreeing and bound to all Terms & Conditions set forth on the Tom Hunter Photography website.

See - "Terms & Conditions"

8. How soon can I book or cancel a job?:

When booking or canceling a job, the Photographer must know (at least) 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

If necessary to cancel an appointment, please contact "Tom Hunter Photography" by phone or email at leased 24 hours in advance to avoid a "No Cancel" fee.

See - Terms & Conditions.

9. When must I pay the photographer?:

Payment is due upon booking of the assignment. Your credit card payment will be processed via Square.

Tom Hunter Photography only accepts payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
