  • RE PHOTOGRAPHY:
    All photography plans are priced for there allotted images, labor and time (which involves load in, equipment set up and capture, load out, post editing, office services and C.O.D.B.).

  • PREMIUM PLAN:
    The Premium Plan is a meticulous workflow assignment, that involves thorough planning through out the property, making sure all spaces are properly staged, and composition and lighting is set for perfection.

    This plan includes: Assisted Staging, Driveway Wet Down, Sky Replacement, Etc.

    (See "Premium Benefits" below)

    The start up rate is roughly about two to three hours on location, please adjust your schedule for extra time on location if "Add Images" are needed!

  • EXPRESS PLAN:
    The Express Plan is a fast moving assignment, designed to keep you on time with your busy schedule.

    The start up rate is roughly an hour on location, please adjust your schedule for extra time on location if "Add Images" are needed!

  • ADD IMG / TWILIGHT IMG:
    This is the cost for each additional image (which involves extended location time, post processing, and office services).

    NOTE: The "Add Twilight Image" is only available with a late afternoon photo shoot (close to sunset).

    If a twilight shoot is requested at an early time in the day (leaving a long gap for twilight), then a $25 per hour "Standby Fee" will be added on in addition to the over all cost of the assignment.

    (The Standby Fee is set in place to recover the photographers time lost in completing an assignment.}

  • TWILIGHT (stand alone):
    The Twilight Plan (stand alone) is only offered with the premium photography plan!

  • 2D FLOOR PLAN:
    A 2D Floor Plan may be added in addition to your photography plan.

    Floor Plans are limited to properties under 2500 square feet.

    Showing Floor Plan dementions are optional (and may be inexact).

    A Floor Plan image may be outputed as a JPG, PNG, or PDF.

  • TRAVEL FEE:
    The travel fee compensates for automobile use, gas, and time on the road. This fee is added in addition to the start up rate.

    Example One: 25-miles - Round Trip ($1.35 per mile) = $34 (Greater Prescott Area).

    Example Two: 60-miles - Round Trip ($1.35 per mile) + 1 1/2-hrs ($20 per hr) = $111 (Beyond Prescott Area).

    The travel rate is formulated for the greater Prescott, AZ. only, further distances traveled (outside of the greater Prescott, AZ. area) will be subject to all travel expenses (which may include room and board), plus a deposit or the full amount of the assignment.

  • PAYMENT:
    Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm the assignment!

    (See - PAYMENT POLICY).

    The photographer will calculate all costs and an email will be sent to the client for payment in full by credit card.

    Tom Hunter Photography only accepts payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Your credit card payment will be processed via Square.

    The "Payment due at the time of booking" rule may be waived for an extended time of payment time (within 24 hours) do to a good understanding relationship with the client. Images will not be released until payment is paid in full.

  • STANDBY FEE:
    A $25 per hour Standby Fee may be used to compensate for a reasonable amount of time lost, standing by on location, in order to complete a photography assignment.

  • USAGE/RIGHTS
    The video contracted for the use of residential real estate advertising includes "One Year, Non Exclusive, Non Transferable" usage right for real estate advertising only (not for commercial use of) by the end user (hiring agent/client), from the time the video is delivered (which will be stated on the invoice).

  • WALK THRU TOUR:
    The Walk Thru Tour rate is set hourly ($65 per hour), which only involves the actual time on location and post editing.

    E.g. - 2 Hrs on location, and 4 hours post editing = $390.

    (The hourly rate does not include the Music Add-On, Travel Fee, or any other production costs).

    The photographer will capture as much property footage as the client would like, and edit the video content to the requested video duration.

    Please be advised of the filming time on location, and video duration, as less video content is generally needed for short videos and more video content is needed for longer videos, in consideration of the overall time spent on the assignment (if you are on a budget)!

  • PROPERTY READNESS:
    The property must be ready to shoot at the time the photographer arrives. In the event the photographer has to wait for Property Readyness, a "Standby Fee" of $25 per hour will be added to the over cost of the assignment (this covers the photographer for time lost on location).

  • MUSIC - ADD ON:
    The client may request copyright/royalty free music from a website of their choice (for $30) or have the photographer pick out something nice on his own (for $30).

    The client also may include their own copyright/royalty free music for the video (added by the photographer).

    The "$30 Music - Add On" is a production cost (paid by the photographer), and is compensated in advance by the this $30 fee).
  • VIDEO DURATION:
    The Video Duration may be requested from 30 seconds to 3 minutes.

    Please be advided that longer videos will take more time to capture and edit!
  • DELIVERY
    The Property Video Tour video will be delivered (via Dropbox) within 72 hours (or sooner).

    This includes the purchase and set up of a registered domain & hosting account, for the use of one year.

  • WEB DEVELOPMENT:
    This includes setting up a single page property website with a property image slideshow (up to 20 images), client logos/icons and pertinent information (optional - YouTube Video, 360 Tour).
