The secret’s out. For those who are familiar with wines of the past decade, they will discover hidden gems that were rare even the year they were released. Then, to offer these coveted wines at prices just above retail (and some below) makes it a wine lover’s dream list. But that is only one dimension of our 400 plus selection of wines. Our core fundamentals lie in 3 distinctive areas. The first is to assure that the wines we carry compliment the menu that Chef Andrew creates; second, we go out of our way to support wineries that have proven to be stewards of the earth; and third, like I previously mentioned, seek to provide unparalleled value. With weekly trainings our confident staff can answer many questions about the wines we carry. Peter’s philosophy on training is to insure each waiter is capable of enhancing the guests experience through the knowledge he provides.
